In certain circumstances we are sometimes difficult to control yourself where a lot of things that really make us want to be angry and rebel against something that makes us want to be mad. All that arise because emotion is a feeling that arises within ourselves naturally it could be anger, sadness, love, hate, love, bored, and so on which is the effects or responses that occur from something that we experience. Talking about emotional intelligence then we should know emotion itself which is the human ability to motivate yourself, stand facing the frustration, impulse control (joy, sadness, anger, etc.), set the mood and able to control stress and circumstances that hit us.
Emotional intelligence also includes self-awareness and impulse control, persistence, zeal and self-motivation and impulse control, perseverance, spirit and social skills. Skills related to emotional intelligence, among others, such as the ability to understand others, leadership, ability to build relationships with others, communication skills, teamwork, self-image forming positive, motivating and inspiring and so forth.
How are we to be able to control yourself:- Recognizing ourselves and identify what you really feel. Each time a particular emotion comes to mind, you should be able to catch any messages to be conveyed and felt by us on whether angry, happy, sad, or anything else.
- Understanding the impact of the emotions arising from ourselves if it is negative or positive impact? If we can understand the impacts of the emotions that arise that we can know what will happen from these emotions exist. So emotion is just beginning of human response in an event or occurrence. Our ability to control and manage the emotions can help you achieve success.
- Calm and discard negative emotions that arise and think as a neutral and more thought to the impact of negative emotional outlet itself. Realize our lives are not alone and many others around us and remove your ego.
- Think from the point of people affected by emotions and our ego and we can see why people were acting like that, calm and think are cool to deal with things like this
- Trying to find the messages conveyed emotion, and believes that we can successfully handle this emotion before and with delight we take action to address them.
- Keep going and remember the failure was the best experience in which we can learn to cover the shortfall that exists in our own and it is our ability to manage emotions, because we are the ones who really control our emotions, not vice versa. And realize that life is still long and we still need others in our lives. Remember you are not who whom.
